Richard is Fantastic. As first-time home buyers, I was expecting a long and complicated road to financing our home. Richard made the mortgage application process clear, simple and painless. He was organized, quick to respond to all our questions, and took the time to make sure we understood each step as we went along. He also paid close attention to detail and was very proactive; when he noticed a small note on one of my bank statements that could potentially have caused a hiccup, he called me right away to make sure I was aware and would not be caught by surprise if it came up. To top it off, he is just a genuinely great guy! I would definitely use Richard again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a broker.

I have dealt with many financial institutions and never received the excellent service I received from Richard and his team. Service and how I am tried are very important to my husband and myself.
